PRODUCT and TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT (PTD)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate implementation of product testing to advance new product
- Coordinate and monitor product testing to assure data quality and validity
- Responsible for Product Advancement process, hybrid status and product characteristic
- Assist DSM and provide product information for product characterization and segmentation
- Design and formulate new technology to enhance product benefit and better farming management
General Requirements:
- Bachelor degree on Agriculture Subject ( preferably Agronomy )
- Have experience on Field Trial, Statistical Analysis skill at least 2 (two) years
- Able to drive vehicle and has driving license A
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Able to operate MS Office Excel, Power Point, Statistical Analysis program
- Fluent on English
- Able to work with other departments, a good team player.

Responsibilities:

- Assist National Agronomy Manager (NAM) to provide product information for product characterization and segmentation
- Design and formulate new technology to enhance product benefit and better farming management
General Requirements:
- Bachelor degree on Agriculture Subject ( preferably Agronomy )
- Have experience on Field Trial, Statistical Analysis skill at least 1 (one) year
- Able to drive vehicle and has driving license A
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Able to operate MS Office Excel, Power Point, Statistical Analysis program
- Fluent on English
- Able to work with other departments, a good team player.
